What can I expect?
Ushering in the New Moon, we will move through a gentle yoga practice, be guided through meditation and journaling, and set intentions for the month ahead.
Hot tea is served, and everyone will have time to share whatever is on your heart and mind (sharing is totally optional!). We will seal our time together with a peaceful and restorative sound bath.
What is a gathering of women for women?
An intentional gathering of women held on or near the New Moon, we come together in sisterhood to connect, uplift, and empower. Calling upon the feminine divine and our ancestral mothers, we cultivate an inclusive and safe space where women of any age can come together - exactly as you are - to be seen, heard, and supported.
Society has tried to break the bonds of sisterhood, and we are reminded to treat each other as allies rather than competition. Free of gossip, judgement, and fear, we promise to accept, acknowledge, and celebrate your unique and beautiful light.
Life is chaotic and fast-paced, and our gatherings are a space to slow it all down. To move. To breathe. To laugh. To simply be.

What do I need to bring?
A journal, pen & yoga mat (yoga blankets, blocks, and bolsters are provided)
Feel free to bring a blanket, socks, and anything else you need to feel cozy and comfortable
You will be led through gentle movement, so please dress with the ability to move freely
