Location: Bridge Wellness Center

Designed for girls ages 9-12, Southwest Lil' Sisters is an offshoot of our popular women's circle Southwest Sisters. We will practice gentle movement practices like yoga and dance, learn about taking care of our bodies, discover positive communication skills, connect to our emotions through journaling and group discussions, and tap into the natural rhythms of the world around us. This circle is designed to help young girls navigate the many challenges of today's world in a safe and inclusive space.
