              Reclaim Your Core: Yoga & Pelvic Floor Series

Join us for a transformative 4-part workshop series that blends therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and pelvic floor education to help you deepen your connection to your body’s foundation.
Led by Alyssa Bolger PT, DPT and Aubree DuPlessis EYT-300, this series is designed for women seeking support for core health, mobility, and emotional balance. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, perimenopause/menopause, or simply want to move and live with more strength and ease—this workshop is for you.
What Can I Expect?
Week 1: What is the Pelvic Floor
- Understand the structure and function of the pelvic floor 
- Identify signs of imbalance (too tight, too weak, or disconnected) 
- Connect to your body through progressive muscle relaxation, gentle yoga, and diaphragmatic breathing 
Week 2: Release & Restore
- Learn techniques to release tension in the pelvic floor and hips 
- Practice somatic movement and restorative yoga postures to support nervous system regulation 
- Learn self-massage and myofascial tools 
Week 3: Strength & Stability
- Build pelvic floor and core strength in a safe, integrated way – helping to combat “mom pooch” and “mom butt” 
- Explore functional movement patterns for daily life 
- Learn to engage (and relax) the pelvic floor with purpose 
Week 4: Integration & Empowerment
- Combine breath, movement, and awareness in a full-body yoga flow 
- Learn lifestyle tools and daily habits to support pelvic health 
- Reflect and take home a personalized practice plan
